Supervision involves being in charge and coordination of activities of a group of employees engaged in related activities within a unit of an organization. Supervisors have quite a number of tasks and responsibilities. Supervisory skill training will equip the supervisors with skills and knowledge so that they can be up to the task in their demanding position. The training will not only improve their productivity but also that of employees working under them and the organization at large.
